Re: [ROM]RootRom/DarkRoot/MaxDarkRoot 2.5/28011 - Dec 29 2009 and NinjaRom TF3D 2.1/2

Whats up people, I've compiled a few tweaks to the OS that I feel makes things a little easier. Most, if not all are at no fault to the rom itself but more so attributed to the manila port, Dusk theme, or the actual WM build itself. I'll list the tweaks and give a brief description of each one.

This tweak will modify the Calendar tab and adjust the selection highlight to VGA resolution and fix the overhang.

Before ----> After

This tweak is a modified Rhodium Dusk dialer that was originally configured for video dialing. This one will provide the correct functions at the bottom with the erase button and call history options instead.

Before ----> After

This tweak will change the transition or "Pivot" background from the original blue to a matching Dusk black color to match the rest of the theme. With simply changing the theme the conventional way being so tricky with these latest builds and messing up the start menu, my tweak will change the image without having to worry about it.

Before ----> After

This tweak will change the lockscreen button to a matching green color. The original button had a blue tint and if you install the latest Dusk theme, it changes it to silver. The green, to me, goes better with the rest of the theme.

No before pic ----> After

This tweak will modify the WM6.5 menus and make them a little smaller to prevent having to scroll as much for needed functions. Don't worry, the scroll bars at the top and bottom are still there for menus that are longer lol.

Before ----> After

And finally this is a rar file that includes modified Dusk backgrounds to fit our VGA resolution. With the Dusk Manila Background, you can't simply resize the original to VGA because the manila port is expecting images to be 696 x 480 and will stretch it, making the borders misaligned. I had to adjust the borders themselves to VGA, leaving the black empty space at the bottom to account for the rest.

Here is a preview of the Manila Dusk Background

And because the manila background doesn't align with the WM default today screen, start menu, lockscreen etc, I included this image for the default wallpaper.

And here is a preview of the manila background I included without anything in the center so that you could add your own image.

Thats it for now guys. Expect more to come along soon as I am always tweaking things to be better. Oh and be sure and give credit to Grzegorz10 for the original theme. All I did was modify it and make it more suitable for us on the TP. Enjoy
