OK if you follow my tutorial in the stickys it has a link for the PST setting you will need to make sure that they are all correct. Then call cricket and add the ESN to your account. Then insure that you have a cricket PRL and dial *228 or what ever *228 code they tell you to dial. If it fails try a differenty PRL.
You can also manually program it in QPSTs service programming menu. I am really curious where you are located and if you are in a AWS market that could lead to problems with activation.
Do you at least get the cricket message when you *228?
Since you won't tell us what market you are in or why cricket would not activate I will say if you are in any of the following market/area your Touch will not activate and cricket most likely will not accept the ESN.
In August 2006, Leap Wireless participated in FCC Auction 66, which distributed Advanced Wireless Services spectrum. The company won 99 licenses.[14] This will expand their coverage to 27 additional markets. Services have already launched in Oklahoma City,[15] Las Vegas, Nevada,[16] and South Texas along with Beaumont.[17] Service to Baltimore and Washington, D.C., launched in June 2009.[18] It plans to have the remaining markets rolled out by the end of 2009.[19] These markets include:
Baton Rouge
Chicago
Missouri
Milwaukee
Minneapolis
New Orleans
Philadelphia
Richmond, VA
Savannah, Georgia
Seattle
Virginia Beach
This list is not upto date but it is a good majority.
