I'm looking for additional info for each OEM/dialer/whatever to include in the next major kitchen release.

Please include the following in any post:

Snapshot (from the device) of the application. Multiple pics are ok.
OEM name and version (kitchen release if you don't know).

If you have new OEMs, a URL and purpose/use/restrictions/requirements/license will also be appreciated.
