you must have missed the part where you compared 4G speeds to the current Tmobile , Att Network sans HSPA+

So you fail to realize your statement is wrong to begin with.
hspa 7.2 is available already, wimax at 10mbps (but states that the average speed is between 3-6mbps) isn't available readily. hspa+ (which it states is coming this year as well as wimax) has speeds up to 21mbps which trump that. Also when tmobile flips the switch their customers will instantly get the speed boost, when wimax is out( and they still don't have any devices, nexus and hd2 will do hspa+) sprint customers will have to purchase new devices to get those speeds. After reading this, the only advantage sprint has over tmobile at the moment is the bigger network, data speeds have to go to tmobile. Nobody even knows when sprint will have a wimax device, by then we'll be on hspa+
