Hey if anyone messes up there Imagio and wants set back factory, I tried the reset back to Verizon Factory settings and it works great. You have to reinstall all apps and customizations thou.


1. Power off the your phone.
2. Hold the down the send button and the Volume down button at the same time
3. Press the power on button and follow the instructions.
