Adv Task Killer FREE has an option to switch to listed processes
Advanced Task Killer (free version) has an option to set the default action when clicking on a shown process / app (that is running) which will switch to the app that you select (instead of the default action which is to Kill the app) .
I use Adv Task Killer often as it's pretty good for killing excessive tasks & very flexible (ignore options) - I also use it to switch to running apps all of the time (beyond what's shown with the Home key long press) .
