just got a TP2 from asurion. chatted online with sprint customer service and told them about all my replacements and repairs and how i need to go get the keyboard fixed again after just having a new one put in on monday. they told me to upgrade and I told them i love this phone. so they said to do an insurance claim. i said i didnt think i should not have to pay for a replacement for defective devices. they said let them check available options and then they said that they will pay the 100 dollar deductible! So i called asurion and they only offered me a palm pre. said no. hung up and went online and made a claim and got the TP2! Only problem is i gotta fill out a stupid affidavid with and fax it with a copy of my id. pretty gay. so i will do it tomorrow at work and then call and make sure i get my TP2 and not a palm pre.
