Thanks Maxtee - the thread you posted is what I needed. I had installed the SiriusWM6 that was posted early on in this thread and thought it was for XM too. It would NOT work with the XM online subscription.
In the thread link above - I downloaded and installed xm2009_working.cab
Worked beautifully !
