memory issues, i think u need 128 to run TTS i believe when using the high TTS... i believe anyways...someone correct me please...

If you get the greeting once you select a TTS voice, it means that voice is working. If don't get the navigation instructions later, you may be running with memory problems as TTS requires at least 128 mb for PDA's or 64 mb for PNA's.
