That's weird you say the snow is choppy and slow. I was looking at the snow animation demo, and it was perfectly fine (EnergyROM 28011 w/ Sense 2.5). My problem is I live in So Cal, and it's always sunny, and the sunny animation is sss..llll...oooo...wwww.... and choppy.
I even tried some fix that makes the 2.5 animations to be the 2.1, but no dice.
