I've done screen replacements on the 8125, 8525 and the Tilt. They were not so bad, just take your time. I was able to find a repair manual online somewhere for these devices by searching google. I advice you do the same before opening it up. The first time I opened these devices, it took me about 2 hours but I just wanted to make sure I went slow and did it right, insuring that I didn't break anything during dis-assembly. Good luck.
