Stuck Phone:

That's a known problem, but I'm working on it. You should not have to soft-reset - the phone should unlock within a few seconds. I will upload a partial fix (still locks up, but maybe less than before).

Volume:

SetVolume doesn't change them individually, but Sense system settings do - go to settings tab, click on 'sound & display', there you have system & ringer volumes, plus option to link them (or not). SetVolume will raise and lower these volumes relatively (if ringer is 100% and system is 60%, lower or raising volume will keep the differences as far as I can tell).

Weather Info:

Sense/Manila uses only Google Location for weather services, not GPS. I've seen location based oddities in various Manila / Sense threads since the very first versions came out. I think it has to do with the cities database in Manila, if your location is not in the database it'll pick on near it. Other locations seem to not work at all. I'm guessing that installing a database with your location can fix this, but I don't know anything more, since I've never done it myself.
