I take it your water damaged stickers were just fine before you took it in?

ask them to take it apart in front of you and show you where the water damage is. tell them what you just said, "I have never dropped it in ....and so on and so on." ask that they fix it or replace the phone with a working tp1, they might bump you to a tp2 for your troubles, that's a big might.

if all else fail you can now do a claim phoneclaim.com online and file a claim through Asurion and get a tp2. the model should be 7380 for the touch pro 2, any thing else you will get another tp1.

do this today or tomorrow, let them know you are missing important phone calls and what have you, make it urgently known that you need a fixed phone asap.
