ok guys i too have been noticing the updating issue with facebook, i attributed it to something PIMbackup was doing, i'm noticing you guys are using A/S to restore contacts so i'm tossing my hat into the ring as well. i'll venture to say its not ONLY the picture, but the whole "contact person" isnt updating unless u manually force it to. meaning their updated status are showing etc unless u've manually updated them once or more.
also i will mention that most, if not all of my contacts up to a certain point, maybe letter D or F somewhere around there, seem to update on their own. you can tell easily by the little F that shows up on their contact pic & it seems it only gets to a certain point in my phone list & then everyone else needs to be manually updated.
this is all from memory since last flash a few days ago, pardon my lack of explanations. i wanted to get all my ducks in a row before bringing this up as an "issue". but since you all brought it up i'll join in
