I just received my TP2 in the mail today, less than 24hrs since my claim. Amazing how fast it got to me. The online claim process told me that I would be getting a refurb + charger, however I got a new unopened box, accessories and all.

Also like to note for those going the Asurian route, do online claim, don't do it over the phone, talking to a person will likely get you a TP rather than TP2.

Since Asurian has warranty on their phones, I had a claim 6 months ago, when I called yesterday, they were going to replace it with a TP free of charge. Then they came to the conclusion that the phone has water damage because of the color of some sticker indicator on the phone (which I still think is BS because it has not been wet or submerged ever). So then they said that would not be covered under warranty therefore I would be charge the deductable to have it replaced with a TP. I declined and tried online claims, and it offered TP2.
