Eventually by Windows Mobile 7.5 it will just be a Zune Phone, with Xbox Live, 32nm CPU, and dedicated GPU, Capactive screen, and be as powerfull as an Xbox 1, which will let you download an dplay all your Xbox Live arcade games on it for free as long as you already purchased it on your 360.
