It's part of the clock pack included with
Max Manila 2.7.
I had to first install the white flip clock (attached). Otherwise it will use whatever default flip clock is installed. In my case it was the
Dusk theme clock.
Make sure you turn off Sense prior to installing anything over the top of it.
