Dialer is a skin for the stock WM dialer called PhatPhingerz by SikYou and waremike32 found
HERE. To see it just use the phone ??? Green Theme is at settings-->Home-->Appearance you have classic blue, lioryte black leaf and lioryte green. If you can't see the dialer and/or theme try to soft reset, if still no than hard reset and if not just re-flash.
