I am guessing you can setup multiple accounts as long as you use pop3 within pocket Outlook instead of using windows live (which would be one account but push)

Setting up e-mail accounts manually, you can then enter the following:
POP server: pop3.live.com
POP SSL required? Yes
User name: Your Windows Live ID, for example
yourname@hotmail.com
Password: The password you usually use to sign in to Hotmail or Windows Live
SMTP server: smtp.live.com
Authentication required? Yes (this matches your POP username and password)
TLS/SSL required? Yes
If I don't get the manual set up option, I just enter a mistake on the e-mail account name such as "....@homail.com" it then gives the option to enter manually. Good luck.
