Your settings look fine, I think. Pretty small pics. The size also depends on the resolution of the image. It wasn't that much different, I don't think. However, with that size image, you may have issues I have not seen. You may want to try cropping that picture to 480 x 800 ahead of time, then use it to make your HDwall. Or else, you need to choose autocrop and resize, for it to set it properly on that image size.
Only other thing to try, is with just one of the Sense boxes checked and not the other and vice versa. Although, I seem to recall making ones that worked with both checked. You do not have BG4all installed, I'm sure. Right?

No, I haven't installed BG4all. And those pictures I was using were 800X800 so that they would look the same portrait and landscape. But I do use the autocrop tool first (in fact, I had clicked on the autocrop button before I took those screenshots so that you could see what part of the pic was being selected in the screenshots I posted above).
I also tried making the cab with just the first "sense" box checked only and had the same result of only the taskbars being skinned.
I don't know what to do at this point...
