Jabra BT8010 - Handsfree & Stereo profiles. I use this for phone calls plus stereo sound. Has a LCD for caller ID, vibrate plus has attachememt for stereo sound. INCREDIBLE sound too! Loud, crisp and hangs around the neck when not using.

I'll second the BT8010. If you are near a Fry's Electronics, you might want to head there. I got one on Sunday(Tempe, AZ) for $30 after rebate.
