Of course you can word questions and ordered differently to get desired responses! That's why a class like research methods exists! You're not going to get published by good journals, if at all any of them, unless you play it right. So the ignorance lies in someone that says all studies can be manipulated, who obviously has never been published nor conducted an actual study.
