So you copied an older OEMXip folder from Calk's Kitchen, something like ROM/Touch_Pro/28004, and renamed it 28205? That's really all you should need to do.
What EXTs do you have in your kitchen? It's not inconceivable that something could either be getting overwritten, not packaged (or module), or that there's a provision or some other config that's off kilter.
