For OEMXIP just copy one of the older ones' folder, then rename it to 28205. These almost never change, so they're not included in update rollups.
Never had your symptom, but I do believe those are OEM drivers, so possibly something in OEM/Touch_Pro/COMMON/OEMDrivers is missing or corrupt.
I just had to rebuild my kitchen the other day from scratch because some sys folders got corrupted - it's not entirely unheard of with Ervius Visual Kitchen.
