My friend's friend works at Sprint. I sent her an e-mail about how sick I am of my Moguls always breaking and she sent me this e-mail back.
"There is no way to get a touch pro 2 in replacement for your phone. We actually had company wide instructions to not give a touch pro 2 for any replacement. The company got pissed about the forums online explaining how to break your phone and get it replaced with the touch pro 2 so they cut those out of the replacement system all together. If they replace your phone you will get the snap."
