Got a follow up the other day from a high level Tech Support VP. VZW is currently testing the newest firmware update (which I hope will fix the problem). He believe's it will fix the issue. They worked with HTC on solving the problem from what I understand. Anyhow, that release is scheduled for January 15th. He said that he would try to get it to me sooner... so hopefully we will not have this stupid nagging issue anymore! Will update when I hear more!
