I have tried closing and restarting data
i even tried airplane mode/radio off, and back on.

the only way it works is power off then on, or sometimes soft reset.

8hours 20miles it will lock in 10 to 20 min's outside clear sky.

5 to 15 sec's cold start, right after boot, even indoors.

tried the GPS hotfix from the titon,but it didnt help.
