Which options did you change? Are you using the latest HSPL (v3)?
I have heard of some instability with this (and other) ROMs (you're like #3 out of 250+ downloads), but to be honest I can't put my finger on it and I've never had it happen (and I've flashed probably 150 times this month)
I'll make a note of it though and keep an ear out.

Glad it helps! If it makes you feel better, I'm at work for 11hrs today...flashing ROMs :-/
Update: Okay, uploading WM6.5 with Rawdikrik's ActionScreen on board. Very pretty. Then will look at WM6.5.3.
