I've been having this problem as well...just trying to see if anyone had a solution?!? I am able to link my contacts w/their facebook account and their picture shows up in my contacts list. However, when they call the only photos that show up on the caller id are the outlook contacts. I think this problem began when I installed the old SMS threader...BTW I'm using the EnergyROM_21885_HERMAN_25.Dec.2009_StandardM2.5.ra r
