As I understand it, the problems Vogue users have with gps stem from the pri in the stock shipped roms from Verizon. They set it up on the last rom update so the 3.xx.xx gps capable radios would only function with Verizon's Navigator App. So essentially locking gps for anything else. This is probably the same for Alltel. Especially since Alltel is part of Verizon now. I did not know USCellular sold Vogues. I don't know about those.
