I called Sprint and did the Mogul to Touch swap because of the 30 day option and the Touch came the next day. I called to ask about the return kit that they are supposed to give you in order to return the Mogul and they told me that my account wasn't ever charged for the Touch. Did I get a free phone? lol.. should I be concerned about this? Anyone else have a similar situation?
Couple other questions about the touch...
My AIM that comes with the phone wont work even when I use the correct login information, however, I still seem to get "user does not exist" (error code 920) or something like that.
When I tried to use Sprint TV (which is what i was trying to get when I had my mogul and it kept giving me the same errors -- "Unauthorized user. Sprint Tv will now close."
Whats the deal?!?! Nothing on this phone seems to work right
