Hello all.

Basically I am not using the Verizon 3G network for my data so I have shut if off via the Reg, and am looking to keep my WiFi on full time.

I have also done a reg hack for that so that is stays on even in standby so that I can get e-mails and stuff.

So far all is well but I have noticed that if I have the TP2 connected via the USB link, IE connected to my PC with Active Sync running and I restart the TP2 whiel connected like this and then unplug the USB connector, for some reason my WiFi has been shut off and all I see is the 3G symbol.

I then go into Settings and then Communications, and there I find it switched off and then have to switch it back on again and then all is fine.

So is this normal?

Or does anyone think this may be as a result of the reg hacking I have done as that is not what happens for you?
