You need to do it in the registry instead of the built in settings. Go to:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\SPB SOFTWARE HOUSE 2\SPB MOBILE SHELL\WIDGETS\HOMESCREEN\PAGECOUNT CHANGE TO 4 - SOFT RESET
