Hmm okay. I cannot get the issue to duplicate to be honest (I've been on the 12/25 SPB for a few days) and I have been trying to change themes so I may go ahead and update SPB then and push out a new ROM maybe tonight (more like tomorrow morning Central) and see if that fixes it.
