I have definitely considered switching networks and getting a better phone with the verizon mifi as my data(i know quite a few iphone users that have done this, b/c at&t's coverage is awful and trying to use EDGE is just laughable). I am waiting this out and hoping for a snapdragon very soon.

Dont get me wrong, i agree 100%. There phones are the worst (until the Imagio) and the software is rediculous. but i would rather suffer with that stuff than to have a great phone you can't use to the full potential. Why is it that nothing is ever perfect. Verizon says they don't focus on good phones so they can spend their money on the network. I guess that's a good enough defense but don't they make enough money off us that they can do both???? you just can't win!!!!! But once the Imagio has some ROM's cooked we should have the best of both worlds....
