[Stumbles]

I'm fairly new to PPCs and flashing ROMs.

I use SPB backup to do full backups so that I can go back to my previous settings if I'm switching between ROMs.

However, what's the best way to save your settings when switching to a new ROM?

I've worked out how to save my RSS hub data, and I use Google to sync my Contacts, Calender, and Email.

But what about SMS, Contact favorites, internet favorites, Google maps favorites, etc?

What do you guys/girls use when switching to a new ROM?
