Actually if you are on a 6.5 Rom such as Mighty Rom or Energy Rom 6.5 such as a Leo Rom, Then it is infact a Rom issue, I had the same issue and searched the thread and there are a few of us that had that problem, I am currently on a highly hacked out Stock and no longer experience these issues.
