It is Standard TF3D 2.1
Was going to port it to Sense 2.1 but I have yet to get the time to really get into it.
Maybe you would like to give it a go?
All the files are in my other thread if you wish to try it.
Use to be big into themes and mods but lately cooking takes up more of my time.
Maybe once I get these roms to be exactly the way I want them I can go back to my old ways.
