If you look into Mike's provisioning cabs, it still sets those registry entries.

Slight update, but it's still not working:
Been going through the new 1922 messaging client, and a lot has changed. There are new reg keys that look somewhat promising, at least the names do, here's a list:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Jataayu\MMS\SP\UI]
"UIShowPreferences"=dword:00000001
"UISetAsWallPaperRingtone"=dword:00000001

One's that I already had found, still don't appear to work, like these:

Now this is just from the mms.dll, haven't gone to much into the other files yet.
