I ended up using Cicle BT. It is a exe file that turns your blue tooth function on and off. I no longer use the Touch screen, but I changed it to the iPhone theme by Torx found in this forum. I made an icon to the Cicle BT, so when I tap, it is on, tap, it's off. Couldn't be any easier.
