Straight out of the box I'll take the Touch anyday of the week over the Mogul's current state.
I find it funny how people say "mogul is for the technical crowd" to try to justify its shortcomings. As if the mogul was supposed to be a beta phone or a $500 DIY project. I too tried a ton of Roms/tweaks on my Mogul but then told myself. I bought a WM6 phone..so im running WM5 for?? oh ya STABILITY/Speed.
Im not biased towards the touch, Honestly, I would prefer a flawless mogul over a flawless touch because of the hardware/KB. Im just a little P/Oed that they screwed up a potentially good phone. Even with the lower ram, if the Mogul worked like it was advertised out of the box then I'd definately take the Mogul over the Touch but it doesnt.
