Was hoping someone had a response to this... I'm with TELUS, so this may be the cause. I noticed that no one had a response for this every time it was asked.
I think it might have something to do with 7 bars vs. 5 bars?
EDIT: Even tried the fix on #8 of MightyMike's thread but it didn't work
