It's ok to be a newb, you have to download the .csv file you are speaking of (I just saw it in the first couple pages of this post, not sure if it has been mod. in the other fifty some pages) and copy it to your windows directory on your TP (i.e. - :\\My Device\Windows) then it will be there if you can't find one by searching that directory for *.csv. For me I used BadBoy8813's Audio Fix (Full Vol.) on my original TP and it worked great...kinda funny I was wondering why everyone was having problems using Internet Sharing then...now that I have traded for an insurance replacement TP with an updated rom from Sprint that wouldn't connect via Internet Sharing so I'm finding all the tricks again to make it more "user friendly!!" Good luck w/ your volume issues.
