not an official HTC release. HTCpedia is a 3rd party site, just like PPCGeeks/WMExperts.
It's basically a custom/hacked version of the Sense 2.5 that works in landscape. One of their chef's made it.
Not saying it's not cool, just pointing out there is nothing 'official" about it and says nothing of a qwerty HD2
