Hotfile can be tricky sometimes, the chef has requested no public mirrors, he updates frequently and it can cause headaches when it comes time to answer questions.
I personally have never had an issue but I've read that cleaning out your cookies/cache/etc can help, some have even rebooted their PC to handle the issue.
