This happened to me also....all pics gone. I dont know if its because i dropped it or some thing went bad when i was uninstalling something and a call interupted the process. Anyhow there are programs u can buy to retrieve your pics...I was able to.
i forgot the program my cousin used...but do a search.
Also do a search there are people who are having problems with the storage card...
