Ok in order for me to get it working on Energy's Rom LEO, Do not use the .reg file that Ziggy posted. Just do what DV8 did
1) Run provision Cab
2) Install 2.5 Valkrie Fix
3) Make Server Changes
Viola MMS in HTC
