Yes, I can send and receive from the Messaging client.

The reason it's asking you for CDMA or GSM is because I had MMSPreferredNetwork and SMSPreferredNetwork set to 0 in my example, which is select CDMA or GSM, you can change that to 1, which is CDMA or 2 which is GSM. If you want to leave the popup, either should work, since the settings were identical for both the GSM and CDMA servers. Also make sure you corrected my typo of VZZW.
