Boushh said default pp is @ 28 so you don't have to change anything,but if you ever have too,in the same folder the update utility is in you will see the pp changer,choose and select your ruu file and set pp from there

he actually doesn't include the PP changer in most of his releases right now, but here it is.
Just extract it, click open, navigate to your ROM image file, click open and it will show what the PP is on the ROM and you can then change it, if you want. This will not change anything with MMS though, so don't think changing your PP will fix MMS.
