Apparently, you have to contact tech support rather than customer support to get the correct free forwarding setup as customer service is clueless. I did some reading after my post yesterday and standard call forwarding does charge while No Answer Call Forwarding, Busy Call Forwarding, and Unreachable Call Forwarding are supposedly free.
